Contajiouz Designz LLC ("Contajiouz Designz," "we," "us") operates the online store at contajiouz.com, where we sell custom apparel, party and event decor, personalized keepsakes, printables and digital guides, and bookable services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to our website and to the shops we operate on Facebook and Instagram.

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order.
• The details you provide so we can personalize an item — names, dates, sizes, colors, photos, spellings, and similar customization notes.
• Booking details for services, such as event date, location, and what you need us to do.
• Anything you write to us by email or through a message on Facebook or Instagram.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our store, our platform and analytics tools receive standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar log data. This is used to keep the store running, prevent fraud, and understand which products people are looking for.

Payments

We do not collect or store your card number. Our store runs on Payhip, and payments are processed by Payhip's payment providers. Your card details go directly to those processors, who handle them under their own privacy and security terms. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order details and the billing contact information needed to fulfill and support your purchase.

Digital downloads

For ebooks, printables, templates, and other digital products, we and our platform record download activity tied to your order. This is used to deliver your file, re-issue access if a download fails, and detect abuse of download links.

Cookies and tracking

Our store uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure how the store is performing. If you reached us from an ad, or if you shop through our Facebook or Instagram storefront, Meta may also receive information about your visit and activity in order to measure and improve those ads and shops. • Meta Platforms, in connection with our Facebook and Instagram shops and any advertising we run.
• Law enforcement or other authorities, where we are legally required to respond.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support the purchase and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements — generally several years. Customization details and reference photos are kept while your order is in progress and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reorder, then deleted on request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message. Depending on where you live — including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws — you may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. Children
