High-resolution artwork required for DTF printing

For sharp, professional results submit all artwork at 300 DPI minimum, sized to at least 2000 × 2000 px in PNG or PDF format with a transparent background. Low-resolution files (screenshots, web images) will produce blurry or pixelated prints. We will notify you if your file does not meet quality standards before printing begins.

No refunds or exchanges — all custom orders are final

All DTF + vinyl graduation tees are made-to-order and fully personalized. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is confirmed — including errors in submitted names, numbers, grad year, spelling, sizing, or artwork. Please proof all details carefully at checkout. In the event of a verified production defect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos for review.
